摘要
目的探讨移植前宫颈分泌物支原体及衣原体检测结果对体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射-胚胎移植(invitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection-embryo transfer,IVF/ICSI-ET)妊娠妇女临床结局的影响。方法回顾性分析了2018年1月-2019年3月于邢台不孕不育专科医院新鲜周期体外受精-胚胎移植及冻融胚胎移植治疗怀孕的妇女,均在胚胎移植前7~10天采集宫颈分泌物支原体及衣原体样本,按照检测结果将新鲜IVF/ICSI-ET周期及冻融胚胎移植(frozenthawed embryo transferred,FET)周期各分为三组:UU阳性组,CT阳性组及UU、CT阴性组。新鲜UU阳性组81例,CT阳性组24例及UU、CT阴性组281。FET UU阳性组68例,CT阳性组9例及UU、CT阴性组359例。结果三组患者的早期流产率、晚期流产率、异位妊娠率、流产原因、活产率均无统计学差异。结论行辅助生殖助孕过程中对于无症状的患者,移植前支原体及衣原体阳性结果预防性用药后对临床结局无显著不良影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of result of cervical mycoplasma and chlamydia before transplantation on the clinical outcome of in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection-embryo transfer(IVF/ICSI-ET) pregnant women. Methods A retrospective analysis of pregnancy women undergoing IVF/ICSI-ET and freeze-thaw embryo transfer in Xingtai Infertility Specialist Hospital during January 2018 to March 2019. Mycoplasma and Chlamydia were collected 7–10 days before embryo transfered. The samples were divided into three groups according to the test results: Fresh IVF/ICSI-ET cycle and frozen thawed embryo transferred(FET) cycle: UU positive group, CT positive group, and UU, CT negative group. There were 81 cases in fresh UU positive group, 24 cases in CT positive group and 281 in both negative group. There were 68 cases in FET UU positive group, 9 cases in CT positive group and 359 cases in both negative group. Results There were no significant differences in early abortion rate, late abortion rate, ectopic pregnancy rate, causes of abortion and live birth rate in the three groups of patients. Conclusions The results of cervical secretion Mycoplasma and Chlamydia before transplantation in women undergoing assisted reproduction have no statistically effect on clinical outcomes. In future work, in addition to improving the live birth rate of assisted reproduction.
