摘要
以环氧乙烷和三甲胺盐酸盐为原料,利用微反应器技术安全、高效的特点,设计并开发了符合药物和饲料要求的氯化胆碱原药的生产工艺。在工艺探究中发现反应温度、投料比、停留时间是影响氯化胆碱质量的主要因素,当n(环氧乙烷):n(三甲胺盐酸盐)=1:1.02、反应温度为70℃、停留时间为180 s时,反应结果最佳,氯化胆碱的收率为99.2%,纯度为99.6%。
Using ethylene oxide and trimethylamine hydrochloride as raw materials,the production process of choline chloride in accordance with the requirements of drug and feed was designed and developed with the characteristics of safety and high efficiency of microreactor technology.In the process investigation,it was found that reaction temperature,feed ratio and residence time were the main factors affecting the quality of choline chloride.When n(ethylene oxide):n(trimethylamine hydrochloride)=1:1.02,reaction temperature is 70℃,residence time is 180 s,the reaction result is the best.The yield of choline chloride is 99.2%,and the purity is 99.6%.
