摘要
研究了以吗啉和二氯乙醚为原料合成双吗啉基二乙基醚(DMDEE)的新工艺,确定了合成DMDEE的反应条件。当n(吗啉)∶n(二氯乙醚)=10∶1,二氯乙醚的进料速度为0.4 mL/min,反应温度为80℃时,DMDEE收率可达到80%。
A new technique for synthesizing 2,2-dimorpholinodiethylether(DMDEE) was studied.The optimal reaction conditions are also determined as:10∶1 of morpholine/2,2-dichloroethyl ether molar ratio,0.4 mL/min of feeding speed of 2,2-dichloroethyl ether,and reacting at 80℃.Under these conditions the yield can be up to 80%.
