2,2-二吗啉基二乙基醚(DMDEE)是一种重要的单组分聚氨酯发泡催化剂,其合成方法主要分为两类:二甘醇与吗啉加氢脱水反应法和2-吗啉乙醇(或三乙醇胺)双分子醚化反应法。介绍了DMDEE的各种合成方法及其研究进展情况,并对其优缺点进行比较,对下一步生产工艺的改进与优化具有一定的指导意义。
2,2-dimorpholine diethyl ether(DMDEE)was an important single component polyurethane foaming catalyst.The synthesis process of DMDEE could be divided into two categories,including dehydration reaction and etherification reaction.Different synthesis methods of DMDEE and their research progress were introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages were compared,which had a certain guiding significance for the improvement and optimization of the next production process.
