氯化胆碱合成工艺及催化剂研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 综述了近年来氯化胆碱的两大主要生产工艺:氯乙醇法和环氧乙烷法,分别介绍了两大工艺路线的合成反应机理及各自所使用的各类均相催化剂、阴离子交换树脂催化剂、复合固体碱催化剂和其它类型催化剂等,概括了不同种类催化剂的性质及催化特点,着重分析了两大生产工艺的优缺点及在工业应用中的出现的问题。最后对未来氯化胆碱合成工艺的发展方向进行了展望,指出固体碱催化剂催化环氧乙烷生产氯化胆碱是未来氯化胆碱合成工艺的必然发展趋势,为以后氯化胆碱的合成研究提供参考和借鉴。 The two main production technology of Choline Chloride in recent years were surveyed,which include chloroethanol and oxirane methods.The synthesizing reaction mechanism of the two process routes and the characteristics of homogeneous catalyst,anion exchange resins,composite solid base catalyst and other types of catalysts,which have been analyzed and compared.The nature of various catalysts and catalytic characteristics are summarized.The problems arising in industrial application,the advantages and disadvantages of the two production processes,are focused on analysis.Finally,the article gives an outlook on the direction of the development of synthesis process of choline chloride.Oxirane synthesizing choline chloride by using the solid base catalysts can be an inevitable development trend for choline chloride synthesis.And the article also can provide the reference to the research of choline chloride synthesis in future.
