干胶液相转化法合成SAPO-34分子筛的晶化过程研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了干胶液相转化法合成分子筛的具体反应过程,在干胶溶解实验基础上,考察了干胶颗粒大小对晶化过程的影响,并进行了MTO催化性能评价。结果表明:干胶液相转化法的晶化过程由两部分组成,其中主要部分和气相结晶法相似,另一部分按水热合成法的原理进行;通过控制干胶颗粒大小能够制备出晶粒大小不一的样品;晶粒大小对MTO的低碳烯烃选择性影响不明显。 The process of synthesis of SAPO-34 molecular sieve by dry gel liquid-phase crystallization was investigated.On the basis of dry gel dissolution experiments,the effects of dry gel size on the crystallization process were studied,and the catalytic properties of the obtained SAPO-34 molecular sieves for methanol-to-olefin(MTO) were evaluated.The results showed that the crystallization process of dry gel liquid-phase coversion method consisted of two parts,of which the main part was similar to gas phase crystallization and the other was based on hydrothermal synthesis principle;by controlling dry gel size,the molecular sieve samples with different particle sizes could be got;and the crystal size had little effect on the selectivity to light olefins.
