摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,对高质量研究生教育和高层次研究型人才的需求更加迫切。严把招生入口质量,是提升研究生培养质量的基础。应用型本科院校占据了我国高等教育的“半壁江山”,是硕士研究生招生的重要来源。因此,应用型本科院校的人才培养质量与研究生教育质量的提升直接相关。通过对CG学院2016-2019年考研升学情况分析发现,超过30%的学生有考研升学的需求。应用型本科院校应为有考研升学需求的学生开展个性化人才培养,包括落实以学生为中心的理念、摸清个性化发展诉求、设置模块化课程超市、组建创新实验班、完善学分制管理等。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the demand for high-quality graduate education and high-level research talents is more urgent.Strictly controlling the quality of admissions is the basis for improving the quality of postgraduate training.Applited undergraduate colleges and universities occupy"half of my country's higher education"and are an important source of postgraduate enrollment.Therefore,the quality of personnel training in applied undergraduate colleges is directly related to the improvement of the quality of graduate education.Through the analysis of CG College's 2016-2020 postgraduate entrance examination,it is found that more than 30%of students have the need for postgraduate entrance examination.Applied undergraduate colleges and universities should develop personalized talent training for students who need to enter postgraduate entrance examinations,including implementing student-centered concepts,clarifying individual development demands,setting up modular curriculum supermarkets,establishing innovative experimental classes,and improving credit system management,etc.
