观赏海棠自由授粉子代花色特征及选优 被引量:4

摘要 以69株观赏海棠自由授粉子代为研究对象,采用X-Rite色差计测定其始花期(S_(1))、盛花期(S_(2))、末花期(S_(3))3个阶段花色,研究子代群体的花色关系及动态变化规律,探寻海棠花色育种规律并初步选择海棠观花优株。结果表明:子代群体花色在CIECLH色空间中呈现规律性的位点分布及变化,亮度值(L^(*))不断上升,饱和度(C^(*))先增加后减少,分布于红色区域(色调角(h^(*))为0°<h^(*)≤30°)的子代数目逐渐减少。子代群体可以划分为3大色系及6个子色系,分别为白色系(包括亮白色系、白色系)、粉色系(包括粉红色系、粉白色系)、紫红色系(包括紫红色系、红色系)。依据亮度、色彩鲜艳度、稳定性,从白色系中选出4株超过资源圃平均水平的子代,子代19-5最优;粉色系中选出6个超过资源圃平均水平优株,子代4-87的色彩最稳定鲜艳;紫红色系中选出5个优株,子代1-126花色最好,但末花期褪色,子代7x-2色彩较为稳定。自由授粉扩大了观赏海棠子代的遗传效应,对花色育种的改良效果显著。 With 69 free pollinated progenies of ornamental crabapple,the flower color of the three stages of initial flowering(S_(1)),full flowering(S_(2))and final flowering(S_(3))were measured by X-Rite chromatic meter.The relationship between the flower color of the progenies and the law of dynamic change were studied.The study was to explore the law of Begonia flower color breeding and the preliminary selection of the superior plants.The results showed that the color of the progeny population presented regular site distribution and change in CIELCH color space,the brightness value L^(*) increased continuously,the saturation C^(*) increased first and then decreased,and the number of offspring distributed in the red area(h*between 0 and 30°)decreased.The progeny group can be divided into three major color families and six sub color families,which are white series(including bright white series,white series),pink series(including pink series,pink white series)and purple red series(including purple red series,red series).According to brightness,color brightness and stability,4 super resource nursery progenies were selected from the white line,19-5 of which were the best;6 Super average superior plants were selected from the pink line,4-87 of which were the most stable and bright colors;5 superior plants were selected from the purple red line,1-126 of which were the best,but faded at the end of florescence,and 7x-2 of which were more stable.Free pollination expanded the genetic effect of ornamental begonia progeny,and improved the flower color breeding significantly.
