摘要
如今癌症是严重威胁人类生命健康的疾病,且其发病率逐年上升,因此探究癌症发生发展的相关信号通路在癌症的治疗中起到关键作用。丝裂原蛋白活化激酶(MAPKs)信号通路广泛存在于生物体内的大多数细胞中,主要是把细胞外信号转导至细胞核,在肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭、凋亡和自噬等过程中发挥重要调控作用。该通路主要包括4种经典并行通路JNK/SAPK、ERK1/2、ERK5和p38/MAPK信号通路,不同通路被激活后对肿瘤细胞发挥不同的作用。本文主要对不同MAPKs相关信号通路激活后对肿瘤产生何种作用进行阐述。
Nowadays,cancer is a serious threat to human life and health,and the incidence of cancer increases significantly year by year.Therefore,exploring the relevant signal pathways of cancer occurrence and development plays a key role in the treatment of cancer.Mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPKs)signaling pathway exists widely in most cells in vivo,mainly transducing extracellular signals to the nucleus,and plays an important regulatory role in the proliferation,migration,invasion,apoptosis and autophagy of tumor cells.This pathway mainly includes four classical parallel pathways:JNK/SAPK,ERK1/2,ERK5 and p38/MAPK signaling pathways,and different pathways play different roles on tumor cells after activation.In this paper,the effects of different MAPK-related signal pathways on tumors will be described.
