摘要
目的研究通过使用短期反馈系统提高实习期间的教学质量和加强学生学习管理的方法。方法研究通过建立一个数字化的实习进度短时反馈系统,并在妇科实习中使用。研究中以3天为1个单位时间的短时反馈,连续调查学生完成的实习各种临床实践操作技能的内容[近3天的新收病人数,手术量,临床小操作次数,开医嘱次数,三级查房次数,是否感到疲倦(0~5分),阅读妇产科专业书的时间],同时反馈于学生及带教老师,让双方清楚了解实习教学的完成度。从而督促学生充分完成实习教学内容,激发实习热情,最终促进实习教学的完成。该反馈系统通过网络技术进行,并在云端数据库统计,方便教与学双方随时随地查看和调整教学计划。结果在第1~4天与11~13天完成度的比较中:新收人数,手术量,临床小操作次数,开医嘱次数,三级查房次数,阅读时间的比较,第11~13天比第1~4天数量的均数要高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;疲倦评分比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。反馈系统对实习帮助的评分,评分范围0~10分,平均(6.61±1.40)分。结论在医学实习教学中使用短期反馈系统,可以让师生双方都清楚教学进度,从而可以有计划的去找寻机会完成所有实习的内容,在寻找机会的同时可以激发师生的教与学热情,最终起到增加实习医生各种临床操作学习机会和更好完成实习任务的作用。学生对短时反馈系统的评价是正面的,希望继续使用。
Objective We aim to study the methods of improving teaching quality and strengthening students’learning management through short-term feedback system.Methods We used short-term feedback system with 3 days as a unit time to learn the completion of clinical internship including all kinds of clinical manipulation[the number of newly admitted patients in the past 3 days,the number of surgery,the number of small operations,the number of doctor orders,the number of teaching ward rounds,whether you feel tired(0-5 points),and the time spent on reading books on obstetrics and gynecology]required.Teachers and students can understand the completion and tried their best to complete the clinical internship.The working of feedback system is based on network technology and the completion data is stored in database,which is convenient for both teachers and students to view and adjust the teaching plan at any time.Results In the comparison of the completion degree between the 1 st to 4 th day and the 11 th to 13 th day:the number of new admissions,the amount of surgery,the number of small operations,the number of doctor orders,the number of teaching ward rounds,and the reading time are higher from the 11 th to 13 th than days 1 to 4,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of fatigue score,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The average evaluation score of feedback system is(6.61±1.40)(0~10 points).Conclusion Short-term feedback system in medical practice teaching can increase interns’learning opportunities of various clinical manipulation and complete their internship tasks better.The Short-term feedback system made students and teachers understand the process of internship well,and increase the enthusiasm of learning.Students suggested that the system should be used continuously.
