摘要
中国共产党高度重视教师教育,领导教师教育历经新民主主义革命时期的发轫阶段、社会主义革命和建设时期的奠基阶段、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期的优化阶段,过渡到当前中国特色社会主义新时代的振兴阶段,取得了卓越的成就,推动实现了一系列历史性转变,即教师教育目标由注重数量向注重质量转变、教师教育体系由封闭独立向开放贯通转变、教师教育标准由注重结果向注重过程转变。回顾建党百年来教师教育发展历程,梳理、总结中国共产党领导、推动教师教育事业发展的历史经验,深入探讨新时代教师教育深化改革创新的行动理路,有助于推动教师教育事业持续、健康、和谐发展。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下,教师教育必须坚持和加强党的全面领导,直面现实问题,勇于担当,加强教师思想政治教育,坚持师德师风第一标准,落实立德树人根本任务,推动教师教育与新一轮科技革命相结合,促进乡村教师教育振兴,健全多元主体参与的教师教育治理体系,努力培养思想品德良好、学科知识扎实、专业能力突出、教育情怀深厚的新时代教师。
For one hundred years,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has attached great importance to the development of teacher education,leading our country's teacher education through the initial stage of the new democratic revolution,the foundation stage of the socialist revolution and construction,and the optimization stage of the reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction,to the current revitalization stage of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and achieving outstanding accomplishments.The goal of teacher education has been transformed from quantity expansion to quality priority;the teacher education system has changed from closeness and independence to openness and connectivity;teacher education standards have altered from pursuing results to emphasizing process.The process-based transformation has made remarkable achievements.Based on the 100-year time point of the party's founding,the paper reviews the development of teacher education in the past century,sorts out and summarizes the historical experience from the entrepreneurial practice led by the Communist Party of China to promote the development of teacher education,profoundly discusses the course of action for deepening reform and innovation of teacher education in the new era,and looks forward to the blueprint for future development,which will help promote the healthy,sustainable and harmonious development of teacher education.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,China's teacher education in the new era and new journey will surely adhere to the party's overall leadership,strengthen teachers ideological and political education,regard teachers ethics as the first standard,and implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education.Besides,it will promote the integration of teacher education with the new round of scientific and technological revolution,advance the revitalization of rural teacher education,and improve the teacher education governance system
