摘要
随着新课改改革力度的加大以及改革的深入,高等职业教育的格局和定位也变得越来越重要,高职院校迫切需求组建一支教学能力出色,道德素养出色,结构科学合理,专业知识扎实的教师队伍。目前,我国高职院校教师培训存在培训重要性认识不足,培训体系不完善,培训模式老旧单一,培训缺乏激励性,培训考核不够严谨公平等问题,笔者针对这些问题,提出了相应的建议。本文的思考跟建议有助于解决高职院校教师培训中存在的若干问题。
With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the pattern and positioning of higher vocational education are becoming more and more important.It is urgent for higher vocational colleges to establish a contingent of teachers with excellent teaching ability,excellent moral quality,scientific and reasonable structure and solid professional knowledge.At present,there are some problems in teacher training in higher vocational colleges in China,such as insufficient understanding of the importance of training,imperfect training system,old and single training mode,lack of incentive in training,and not rigorous and fair training assessment.In view of these problems,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions.The thinking and suggestions of this paper are helpful to solve some problems existing in teacher training in higher vocational colleges.
