摘要
通过专业学位型研究生教育培养具有高质量临床诊治能力的牙周医生是当前牙周病学界的重要任务。文章围绕如何提高牙周病学专业学位型硕士研究生临床胜任力的30余年教学实践进行总结,期望为探索和推动我国牙周专业人才培养提供参考。文章指出专业学位型硕士研究生临床教学应符合牙周临床诊疗特点和规律,介绍了北京大学口腔医学院牙周病学专业学位型硕士研究生临床能力培养的总目标和量化指标;同时,从住院医师规范化培训、牙周专科能力阶段训练模式、跟诊观摩、文献课和病例讨论课5个方面介绍提高临床胜任力的方法。
It is an important task in the field of periodontology to train periodontists with high quality clinical diagnosis and treatment ability through postgraduate education. This paper summarized the teaching practice of more than 30 years on how to improve the clinical competence of postgraduate students majoring in periodontology,hoping to provide reference for exploring and promoting the cultivation of periodontal special talents in China. This paper points out that the clinical teaching of postgraduate students majoring in periodontology should conform to the characteristics and rules of periodontal clinical diagnosis and treatment,and introduces the general objective and quantitative index of clinical ability training for postgraduate students in periodontology of Peking University Hospital of Stomatology. Meanwhile,the methods to improve the clinical competence were introduced from five aspects:standardized training of residents,periodontal specialized ability stage training mode,observation of tutor′s clinical practice,literature class and case discussion class.
