摘要 牙周病是口腔常见疾病,危害口腔及全身健康,其诊疗复杂多面且呈持续性,故掌握牙周病的临床诊疗是口腔临床实习的重要组成部分。根据牙周病的诊疗特点,在牙周临床实习中采用以渐进式为主的多元化教学模式,对实习生开展教学与培训,在每个阶段强化相应的技能训练,考核层层把关,始终将良好的医德医风、无菌观念和安全防护等内容贯穿其中,使学生掌握牙周专业知识和规范的牙周操作技能,具备良好的职业素质,提高口腔医学生的临床实习效果。 Periodontal disease is a common oral disease,which harms the oral cavity and the whole body.Its diagnosis and treatment are complex,multi-sided and persistent.Therefore,mastering the clinical diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease is an important part of oral clinical practice.According to the characteristics of the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease,we carry out the teaching and training for the interns in the periodontal clinical practice by adopting the progressive and diversified teaching model.At each stage,we strengthen the corresponding skill training,check the training effect at each stage,and always carry out the training of good medical ethics,the aseptic concept and the concept of safety protection throughout the whole training process to make the students master the periodontal professional knowledge and standard periodontal operation skills and have good professional quality,so as to improve the clinical practice effect of stomatology students.
