摘要 劳动教育课程具有生活化、实践性、集体(协作)性、渗透性和社会性的特点。加强顶层设计和整体规划,建设理论课程与实践(活动)课程、专业技能与劳动技能、劳动观念与劳动习惯相结合、相渗透的劳动教育课程体系,组建由思政课教师(劳动价值观教育)、辅导员(生活技能与劳动习惯培养)和学科专任教师(专业技能训练)为主体并相互协同的劳动教育师资队伍是高校劳动教育课程化、规范化和体系化的关键环节和稳步推进的实施步骤。 Labor education is life-oriented and practice-oriented;it cultivates collective spirit(coordination)and social ability.To curricularize,standardize and systematize labor education,colleges and universities must strengthen top-level design and overall planning,combine theoretical courses with practical courses(activities),attach importance to both professional skills and labor skills and help students to form both correct labor concepts and labor habits.The key is to build a strong team of educators who coordinate their efforts in students labor education,with the ideological and political theories teachers focusing on the fostering of correct labor values,the advisors focusing on the development of life skills and labor habits,and the subject teachers focusing on the training of professional skills.
