摘要
目的:观察五苓散加味对痛风性关节炎患者黄嘌呤氧化酶的影响,并观察其临床疗效。探讨五苓散加味治疗痛风性关节炎的作用机制。方法:将符合纳入标准的痛风性关节炎患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予口服别嘌醇片,每次1片,每日2次;治疗组在对照组基础上给予五苓散加味口服;两组均治疗8周。观察两组患者治疗前后包括关节红肿热痛、活动受限等临床症状积分;血清黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)、血尿酸(UA)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)等主要实验室指标的变化。结果:两组治疗后中医证候积分、XO、UA、CRP、ESP水平与治疗前比较均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后的中医证候积分、XO水平与对照组显著降低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五苓散加味可以通过降低痛风性关节炎患者黄嘌呤氧化酶活性达到缓解临床症状的作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of modified Wuling Powder on xanthine oxidase(XO)and its clinical efficacy in patients with gouty arthritis(GA),thus to explain the action mechanism of modified Wuling Powder in the treatment of GA.Methods:Sixty patients with GA were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Allopurinol tablets(1 tablet each time,twice a day);on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with modified Wuling Powder.After 8 weeks of the treatment,the clinical symptoms of joint redness,swelling,heat and pain,limitation of movement,and laboratory indicators,such as XO,uric acid(UA),C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of the patients were significantly improved after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical symptom scores and the level of XO were significantly lower in the treatment group than those of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Wuling Powder can reduce the activity of XO in patients with GA to relieve the clinical symptoms.
