摘要
由于大气污染环保政策日益趋严,硫回收尾气中SO_(2)浓度已不能满足排放限值要求,某公司提出对硫回收装置进行优化改造。介绍了硫回收装置技改情况,通过湿法脱硫降低了尾气中SO_(2)浓度,确保了尾气达标排放,也为其他企业同类问题提供了解决思路,最后对技改提出了优化建议。
Based on the stricter environmental protection, SO_(2) concentration in the tail gas of sulfur recovery was unable to meet the new environmental protection requirements. The technological remoulding was carried out in the sulfur recovery unit in a chemical enterprise. In this paper, the technological improvement of the sulfur recovery device was introduced. SO_(2) concentration in the exhaust gas has reduced by wet desulfurization to ensure that the tail gas can meet the requirements of the standard discharge. Finally, optimization proposals for technical reform were proposed.
