摘要
超优克劳斯硫回收工艺是在传统克劳斯工艺基础上开发的硫回收工艺,在硫回收率、尾气达标、装置投资费用等方面更具优势。介绍了超优克劳斯硫回收的工艺原理、技术特点以及国内装置的建设概况;将超优克劳斯与其他硫横回收工艺的相对投资和效益进行了比较。结果表明,该工艺不仅适用于现有克劳斯装置的技术改造,也适用于新建装置;在不改变克劳斯工艺基本特点及没有进一步尾气处理的情况下,可将硫回收率提高到99.4%以上。
Super-fine Claus sulfur recovery process was the sulfur recovery technology developed on the basis of the traditional Claus process, which has more advantages in respects of sulfur recovery rate, tail gas reaching to standard requirement and invest cost. Author has introduced the process principle, technical features and its construction situation of domestic plant for the super-fine Claus sulfur recovery ; comparison was made for the relative invest and benefit for super-fine Claus process with the other sulfur recovery processes; result indicates that not only this process is suitable for present Claus device technology reformation, but also suitable for the newly built device; under the conditions without varying basic features of Claus and without further disposing the tail gas, the sulfur recovery rate can be increased to more than 99.4%.
