摘要
从装置配置、工艺成分控制、工艺管理等方面介绍了实现湿法脱硫系统长周期稳定运行的经验。因脱硫系统的再生槽尾气、脱硫循环水热水池和硫回收沉淀池排放的废气无法满足新的环保排放要求,新建了脱硫系统挥发性有机物(VOCs)回收装置。VOCs回收装置投入运行后,排放气体中H_(2)S、NH_(3)的质量浓度分别低于0.2、5 mg/m^(3),均达到了设计排放要求。
The experience of realizing long-term stable operation of wet desulfurization system is being introduced from the aspects of device configuration, process composition control and process management. With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements, the exhaust gas from regeneration tank, desulfurization circulating water hot water pool and sulfur recovery sedimentation tank of desulfurization system is no longer meet the discharge requirements. A new VOCs recovery device is being built. After the VOCs recovery unit is put into operation, the mass concentration of H_(2)S and NH_(3) in the exhaust gas is less than 0.2 mg/m^(3) and 5 mg/m^(3) respectively, which meet the design emission requirements.
