摘要
以荷叶方为原料,利用乳酸菌、酵母菌、醋酸菌发酵,制备荷叶方中药酵素,并应用胆酸盐结合试验研究其体外降血脂活性。结果显示,荷叶方经发酵后与甘氨胆酸钠的结合率为63.53%,与牛黄胆酸钠的结合率为63.51%,均高于发酵前的荷叶方及1 mg/mL考来烯胺,表明荷叶方中药酵素具有较好的体外降血脂活性并优于荷叶方中药浓缩液。
Take lotus leaf square as raw material,Using lactic acid bacteria and yeast and acetobacter fermentation,Preparation of lotus leaf prescription Chinese medicine enzyme,The antihyperlipidemic activity was studied by cholate binding test in vitro.result display:After fermentation,the binding rate of lotus leaf formula with sodium glycocholate was 63.53%,The binding rate with sodium bezoar cholate was 63.51%,all of them were higher than those of Lotus leaf prescription and 1 mg/mL choleenamine before fermentation,which indicated that the traditional Chinese medicine enzyme of Lotus leaf prescription had better activity of lowering blood lipid in vitro and was better than that of concentrated Chinese medicine of He Ye Fang.
