摘要
2020—2021年引进福建培育的"三海"海带秋苗与冬苗在浙江省苍南县进行两茬培植试验。结果表明,实现了海带秋苗与冬苗规模化两茬培植,可以与传统大海带养殖互补。依托浙江南部的天然海域,导入的海带秋苗与冬苗,采取近表层的水层、培植16 d左右采收时间间隔较为适宜。指出,通过引进新型海带苗种,拓展了近海海域生态养殖,为浙江海区海带苗栽培产业的突破性发展积累资料,为海带苗商品化提供了物质基础。
From 2020 to 2021, the autumn and winter seedlings of"Sanhai"kelp introduced cultivated in Fujian Province were cultivated in Cangnan County, Zhejiang Province.The results showed that the large-scale cultivation of the autumn and winter seedlings of kelp was successful and complemented the classical kelp culture.Near surface water was the most suitable layer for autumn and winter seedlings of kelp cultivated in the natural sea area of southern Zhejiang, and the best harvest interval was 16 days.The introduction of new types of kelp has expanded the ecological aquaculture in offshore waters, accumulated data for the breakthrough development of the kelp bud cultivation industry in Zhejiang sea area, and provided a material basis for the commercialization of kelp buds.
