摘要
海带是我国重要的经济藻类,近年来,由于未成熟海带孢子体在食用品质方面优于成藻,市场需求旺盛,养殖效益明显,在我国南方地区逐渐衍生出一个新兴产业——“海带苗”新产业。海带苗新产业经过近6年的快速发展,已呈现井喷式快速发展之势,2020年海带苗养殖面积为10万亩。本文围绕海带苗新产业,介绍了海带苗新产业的由来,提出了海带苗的概念,对比了海带苗新产业与海带产业的差异,探讨海带苗新产业快速发展的动因,开展了海带苗新产业的现状与问题分析,提出了发展海带苗新产业的建议和对策,旨在为海带苗新产业的绿色可持续发展提供新思路、新理念。
Saccharina japonica is one of the most economically seaweeds in China. In recent years, kelp buds have better taste than mature kelp, the market demand for kelp buds is strong, and the cultivation benefit is obvious, which have produced a new industry(kelp buds industry) in Southern China. After 6 years of rapid development, kelp buds industry shows a trend of rapid blowout development, and in 2020, the cultivation kelp buds area reached 100,000 mu. Focusing on the kelp buds industry, this article, the origin of kelp buds industry, the concept of kelp buds, and the difference comparing with traditional kelp mariculture industry are introduced. This article discusses the reasons for the rapid development of kelp buds industry, summarizes the current situation and problems of kelp buds industry, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the development of kelp buds industry, in order to provide new ideas and concepts for the healthy and sustainable development of kelp buds industry.
