摘要
矿井局部通风机工作时噪声较大,往往超过规定,不符合职业卫生的要求。经过分析局部通风机噪声辐射的规律,通过现场检测找到噪声辐射的关键部位,在局部通风机进风口处布置“水墙”,利用对声波的阻挡、能量转换的方法,吸收部分噪声,将噪声降到允许的数值范围,满足作业场所对噪声的限值要求。
The noise of mine local fan is large when it works,which often exceeds the regulations,does not meet the requirements of occupational health,and there is no better solution.Therefore,after analyzing the law of noise radiation of local fan,the key parts of noise radiation are found through on-site detection.The"water wall"is arranged at the air inlet of local fan,and the method of blocking sound wave and energy conversion is used to absorb part of the noise and reduce the noise to the allowable value range,so as to meet the noise limit requirements of workplace.
