摘要
传统局部通风机在运转时无法实现风速、风压自动检查,导致长距离工作面供风时不能保证工作面的通风需求。为了进一步提高工作面通风效率和通风系统的自动化控制水平,通过分析研究,设计了一套具有风速、风压自检联锁集控系统。通过实际应用结果表明,该系统的灵敏度及自动化水平高,提高了通风稳定性。
The traditional local fan can not automatically check the wind speed and pressure when it is running,there fore it can not guarantee the ventilation demand of the long-distance working face when the air is supplied.In order to further improve the ventilation efficiency and the automation control level of ventilation system,a set of interlocking centralized control system with self-inspection of wind speed and pressure has been designed through analysis and research.Through practical application,the system has high sensitivity and automation level,and can improve ventilation stability.
