摘要
党的十九届五中全会明确提出要坚持实施区域重大战略、区域协调发展战略,打造创新平台和新增长极。京津冀区域协同是新时代具有标志性意义的重大国家战略,加快推进京津冀协同创新发展,不仅关系到北京非首都功能的高效疏解,实现该区域经济均衡发展、协调发展,构建新常态语境下具有可持续发展动能的区域增长极,而且影响到我国创新型国家建设进程以及经济增长方式有效转变。基于区域协同创新理论和增长极理论,在阐释京津冀区域协同发展对企业创新和国家经济发展影响基础上,分析京津冀区域协同创新发展的现状及困境,并提出针对性对策建议。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that we must adhere to the implementation of major regional strategies,regional coordinated development strategies,and create innovative platforms and new growth poles.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional coordination is a major national strategy of iconic significance in the new era.Accelerating the coordinated innovation and development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is not only related to the efficient dissolution of Beijing's non-capital functions,the realization of balanced economic development and coordinated development of the region,and the construction of a new normal regional"growth pole"with sustainable development momentum in the context and also affects the effective exploration of my country's construction process and the transformation of economic growth mode.Based on the theory of regional collaborative innovation and"growth pole",on the basis of explaining the impact of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region on enterprise innovation and national economic development,analyze the current situation and difficulties of the coordinated innovation development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
