摘要
动物实验模型在生物医学研究领域占有重要地位,由于猪及小型猪的解剖、基因及病理生理与人类相似,目前已广泛应用于医学领域。近年来在耳科学研究中,尤其是在中国,猪及小型猪作为新型耳科动物模型已经建立并开始系统应用,显示出较其他动物模型的明显优势,为耳科学基础研究开辟崭新领域。
Animal models are very important in biomedical research.Pigs and miniature pigs had drawn widespread attention in the field of medical science because of their high degree of similarity to humans in anatomy,genetics,and pathophysiology.In otology research,pigs and miniature pigs had been established and applied systematically as the new otologic animal models especially in China,and had shown obvious advantages over other animal models and opened a new field for the basic research of otology.
