摘要
目前关于痤疮模型的研究方法很多,其中最常用的是煤焦油或油酸引起的兔耳粉刺模型、痤疮丙酸杆菌致大鼠痤疮炎症模型和与雄激素水平相关的金黄地鼠模型。选择合适的模型动物和复制模型的方法是顺利开展痤疮实验的关键,文章从动物模型的选择与制作和模型的观测指标这两方面归纳总结了近年来国内外建立的痤疮模型,从而为建立痤疮动物模型提供参考。
At present,there are many research methods on acne models,among which the most commonly used are rabbit ear acne model caused by coal tar or oleic acid,rat acne inflammation model caused by Propionibacterium acnes and golden hamster model related to androgen level.The selection of appropriate model animals and the method of replicating models are the key to the smooth development of acne experiment.This paper summarizes the acne models established at home and abroad in recent years from two aspects:the selection and production of animal models and the observation indicators of models,so as to provide reference for the establishment of acne animal models.
