炉排炉油缸密封圈的选用及维护

摘要 液压缸具有体积小、运行稳定、传递作用力大、操作控制方便、可实现各工序自动化等优点,因此垃圾炉排炉大多采用液压缸驱动,但是炉排炉在运行过程中存在油缸密封寿命短,容易漏油、渗油的情况。为了提高炉排炉油缸密封圈的使用寿命,详细介绍了密封圈密封原理,并从密封圈材质选用和现场使用及维护方面进行了对比和分析,总结出提高密封圈使用寿命的有效措施。 Hydraulic cylinder has the advantages of small volume,stable operation,large transfer force,convenient operation and control,and can realize the automation of each process.Therefore,garbage grate furnace is mostly driven by hydraulic cylinder,but grate furnace exists in the operation process of cylinder sealing life is short,easy to leak oil,leakage of oil.In order to improve the service life of the sealing ring of grate oil cylinder,the sealing principle of the sealing ring was introduced in detail,the material selection of the sealing ring,the field use and maintenance of the sealing ring were compared and analyzed,and the effective measures to improve the service life of the sealing ring were summarized.
