摘要
以机械密封中任选的一种O型密封圈为研究对象，使用高清摄像机获取其图像，采用数字图像处理技术对图像进行分析，提取出密封圈的几何特征，即密封圈的内径和外径，再使用有效的图像测量方法检测该O型密封圈的缺陷以及提取其尺寸。文章具体设计讨论了密封圈直径检测的方法，为工业上对密封圈缺陷及直径的实时检测提供了依据。以上图像的处理均在Matlab7．0的环境下实现。
It takes an optional O type sealing ring as the research object in mechanical seal, using HD video camera to obtain the image, using digital image processing techniques of image to extract the seal ring of the geometric features, what the sealing ring inside and outside was, and then we used the effective image measurement method to detecte the O type sealing washer defects and extract their inner and outer diameter. It design a sealing ring diameter detecting method, providing basis on the sealing ring and size of defects detection for industry. The above image processing was operated in Matlab7.0.
