摘要
在煤矿开采作业中,液压支架属于一种常用的机械设备,为有效防治液压支架在日常应用中出现漏液以及窜液等问题,基于液压支架油缸结构及油缸密封情况,介绍了液压支架常见漏液现象,分析了漏液原因,并针对这些原因提出了一系列具体解决液压支架漏液问题的方案,以有效解决液压支架的漏液问题,确保液压支架具有足够的支撑力。
In order to effectively prevent and control the leakage and leakage problems of hydraulic support in daily application, based on the cylinder structure and hydraulic support cylinder sealing, we introduced the common leakage phenomenon of hydraulic bracket, analyzed the causes of hydraulic leakage, and proposed a series of specific solutions to the leakage problem of hydraulic support.Through the comprehensive application of these solutions, it can effectively solve the hydraulic support leakage problem, ensure that the hydraulic support has sufficient support force.
