摘要
ISA阴极板因各种原因造成损坏数量日趋增加,为进一步减少阴极板在机组设备运行时的损坏,贵冶技术人员对阴极板损坏原因进行分析,并从机组运行环节实施了优化解决方案。措施的实施达到了减少阴极板损坏数量的目的,并具有一定的推广参考价值。
The number of ISA cathode plate damage caused by various reasons is increasing day by day.In order to further reduce the damage of cathode plate during unit equipment operation,the technicians of Guixi Smelter analyzed the damage reasons of cathode plate and implemented an optimized solution in unit operation.The implementation of the measures has achieved the goal of reducing the number of cathode plate damage,and has a certain reference value for promotion.
