摘要
目的分析针刺结合康复训练治疗对脑中风后遗症患者神经、认知功能及生活能力的影响。方法选择120例2016年12月—2020年3月收治的脑中风后遗症患者,以随机数字表法分为康复训练组(60例)、联合组(60例)。康复训练组接受康复训练,联合组在康复训练组基础上接受针刺治疗,2组持续治疗1个月。观察2组治疗1个月后的疗效,治疗前、治疗1个月后的神经、认知功能、生活能力评分及生化指标。结果治疗1个月后,联合组总有效率为93.33%,高于康复训练组的78.33%(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,2组NIHSS评分及血清GFAP、ALB、S-100β水平低于治疗前,联合组低于康复训练组(P<0.05);MoCA、ADL评分高于治疗前,联合组高于康复训练组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合康复训练可减轻脑中风后遗症患者脑组织损伤,改善其神经、认知功能及生活能力,疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on neurological,cognitive and living abilities of patients with stroke sequelae.Methods 120 patients with stroke sequelae admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to March 2020 were divided into rehabilitation training group(60 cases)and combined group(60 cases)by the random number table method.The rehabilitation training group received rehabilitation training,while the observation group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of the rehabilitation training group,which lasted for 1 month.The curative effect,neurological function,cognitive function,living ability scores and biochemical indexes before and after treatment were observed.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the rehabilitation training group(78.33%)(P<0.05).One month after treatment,NIHSS scores and serum GFAP,ALB and S-100βlevels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while those in the combined group were lower than those in the rehabilitation training group(P<0.05),MoCA and ADL scores were higher than that before treatment,and the combined group was higher than that of the rehabilitation training group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training can reduce brain tissue damage,improve neurological,cognitive function and living ability of patients with stroke sequelae,and has remarkable curative effect.
