摘要
小续命汤为治疗中风之首方,治疗中风后遗症时能显著提高患者生活能力,改善患者生存质量;针刺具有疏通经络、行气活血、调节阴阳的作用,能够显著恢复中风后遗症患者阴阳失调的身体机能;康复训练可加速中枢神经系统在结构和功能上的自我修复,从而有利于促进脑侧支循环的建立,并可促进健康一侧脑组织功能代偿或重组,使神经抑制得到解除,神经对肌肉的调节达到新的状态。在这种循环往复的对肌肉系统的训练中,使记忆形成反射,最终重建肢体的运动功能。对于本病,首先应做到积极预防,调整不规律的生活作息,改善不良的饮食习惯,保持愉悦的心态,定期体检;临床治疗上,应多种治疗方法相互结合,取长补短,这样才能更有利于患者的迅速恢复,使中风后遗症患者的后期康复时间缩短。
Xiaoxuming Decoction is the most important prescription in the treatment of apoplexy. It can significantly improve patients’ life ability and quality of life in the treatment of apoplexy sequelae. Acupuncture has the functions of dredging channels and collaterals,promoting qi and blood circulation,coordinating Yin and yang,and can significantly restore the body function of yin and yang imbalance in stroke sequelae patients. Rehabilitation training can accelerate the self-repair of central nervous system in structure and function,which is conducive to promoting the establishment of collateral circulation,and can promote the functional compensation or reorganization of healthy brain tissue,so that nerve inhibition can be relieved and nerve-muscle regulation can reach a new state. In this cycle of reciprocating training of the muscular system,memory forms a reflex,and ultimately rebuilds the motor function of the limbs. For this disease,first of all,we should actively prevent,adjust irregular life and rest,improve bad eating habits,maintain a pleasant mentality,regular physical examination. In clinical treatment,a variety of treatment methods should be combined to complement each other,so as to be more conducive to the rapid recovery of patients and shorten the rehabilitation time of stroke sequelae patients.
