摘要
高速铁路联调联试涉及多部门、多科室、多工种协同配合,技术难度大、工作任务紧,安全风险高。行车调度人员是联调联试及运行试验的重要参与者,通过分析当前联调联试行车调度管理工作重点、难点和安全风险情况,结合现场作业实际,总结和梳理联调联试行车调度管理工作实践与行车调度安全风险控制,对高速铁路、城际铁路、市域铁路的联调联试行车调度工作起到指引作用。
The testing and commissioning of high speed railway involves the coordination and cooperation of multiple departments,sections and types of work,which is technically difficult with tight schedule and high safety risks.Train operation control is an important part in the testing and commissioning and operation test.Through analyzing the current key points and difficulties of management as well as safety risks of train operation control in the testing and commissioning,and in combination with the actual condition,the management practice and safety risk control of train operation control in the testing and commissioning are summarized and sorted out in a timely manner,which may have a certain guiding effect on train operation control work in the testing and commissioning of high speed railway,intercity railway and urban railway.
