摘要
根据测试目的和测试内容,基于EN50126标准对铁路联调联试进行安全分析。安全分析流程包括前期准备、危害识别、风险分析、风险控制和剩余风险分析5个步骤。采用风险矩阵法确定风险分析和剩余风险分析中危害事件的可能性、危害程度和风险等级。对高风险事件进行整改并进行再分析,直至高风险事件状态关闭。将此安全分析方法应用于沙特阿拉伯麦加轻轨联调联试项目中,识别出危害事件并对其进行整改,为联调联试项目安全顺利完成提供技术支持。
According to the test purposes and contents,based on EN50126 standard,the safety analysis was carried through on system integration test and commissioning for railway.The safety analysis process included five steps,namely,earlier preparation,hazard identification,risk analysis,risk control and residual risk analysis.Risk matrix method was adopted to determine the possibility,hazard degree and risk level of hazardous events in the risk analysis and the residual risk analysis.High-risk events were rectified and re-analyzed until the high-risk events state was closed.The safety analysis method was applied to system integration test and commissioning for the light rail in Mecca,Saudi Arabia,to identify hazardous events and rectify them,and to provide technical support for the successful completion of system integration test and commissioning.
