摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预对全膝关节置换术患者疼痛和膝关节功能的影响。方法随机将德阳市人民医院收治的81例行全膝关节置换术的患者分为2组,对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组术后给予综合护理干预。比较2组患者的术后疼痛情况、关节肿胀情况、康复锻炼依从性和膝关节功能。结果观察组患者术后不同时间段VAS评分及膝关节周径均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组康复锻炼依从性和膝关节HSS量表评分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效降低患者术后疼痛,提高术后康复锻炼依从性,改善术后膝关节功能。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain and knee function of patients undergoing total knee replacement.Methods 81 cases of total knee arthroplasty in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing after operation,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention after operation.The postoperative pain,joint swelling,rehabilitation exercise compliance and knee joint function of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS score and the circumference of the knee joint of patients in the observation group at different time periods were smaller than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After comprehensive nursing intervention,the compliance of rehabilitation exercise and the score of HSS of knee joint in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative pain,improve the compliance of postoperative rehabilitation exercise and improve the knee joint function.
