摘要
目的分析对接受3D打印技术辅助治疗的膝关节置换术患者实施综合护理干预的效果及对术后疼痛以及关节功能的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2018年11月入院接受3D打印技术膝关节置换术治疗的56例病患为对象,根据入院时间先后分为对照组与观察组,对照组28例实施常规护理,观察组28例则增加实施综合护理干预,对比护理效果。结果观察组术后3 d、7 d疼痛评分为(3.7±0.5)分、(1.5±0.4)分,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月比较两组膝关节功能,结果显示观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预的应用有利于提高3D打印技术膝关节置换术患者的康复效果,减轻疼痛,提高患者的膝关节功能,应用价值较高。
Objective to analyze effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on knee replacement patients assisted with 3D printing technology and influence on postoperative pain and joint function.Methods choose 56 cases knee replacement patients assisted with 3D printing technology admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 as study objects.According to admission time,divide them into control group and observation group.28 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing,28 cases in observation group with comprehensive nursing intervention.Compare nursing effect of two groups.Results pain scores of observation group was(3.7±0.5)and(1.5±0.4)3 and 7 days after operation,significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After 6 months follow-up,compare knee joint function of two groups.results of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial to improve rehabilitation effect of knee replacement patients assisted with 3D printing technology,reduce pains,enhance knee function of patients,with high application value.
