黑杨无性系间木材物理力学性质差异研究 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】研究对比不同黑杨无性系木材之间物理力学性质的差异,为黑杨优良无性系选育与定向培育以及木材的合理利用提供参考。【方法】以采自湖南岳阳君山杨树人工林试验示范基地的14年生黑杨无性系83、86、58、80以及69的木材为研究对象,按照国家标准测量其基本密度、全干干缩率、抗弯及顺纹抗压强度、抗弯弹性模量、硬度等10个性状,运用Microsoft Excel 2016,SPSS Statistics 2.1等软件进行不同无性系间木材物理力学性质的数据统计及方差分析。【结果】5个黑杨无性系木材的基本密度为0.382~0.427 g·cm^(-3),全干差异干缩1.35~1.80,顺纹抗压强度41.06~48.44 MPa、抗弯强度67.83~97.22 MPa,抗弯弹性模量7367.83~9228.94 MPa,径面硬度、端面硬度和弦面硬度测量值范围分别为1.83~2.05、3.25~3.56、2.21~2.61 kN。以上各指标相应最大值分别为无性系58(0.427 g·cm^(-3))、无性系80(1.80)、无性系83(48.44 MPa)、无性系86(97.22 MPa)、无性系86(9228.94 MPa)、无性系86(2.05、3.56和2.61 kN),最小值分别为无性系80(0.382 g·cm^(-3))、无性系83(1.35)、无性系69(41.06 MPa)、无性系83(67.83 MPa)、无性系69(7367.83 MPa)、无性系80(1.83、3.25和2.21 kN)。【结论】供试5个黑杨无性系的隶属值由大到小依次为无性系86(0.634)>无性系83(0.604)>无性系58(0.482)>无性系80(0.324)>无性系69(0.306),表明无性系86、83以及58各项物理力学性能指标均比较理想,在木材加工利用过程中稳定性较高,进一步丰富了黑杨资源遗传育种基础。 【Objective】To study and compare the differences in physical and mechanical properties of different Populus deltoides Marsh.clones,so as to provide references for breeding and directional cultivation of superior clones and rational utilization of wood Populus deltoides Marsh.【Method】The 14-year Populus deltoides Marsh.clones 83,86,58,80 and 69 collected from the Junshan poplar plantation experiment demonstration base in Yueyang were used as the research object.Using Microsoft Excel 2016,SPSS 21.0,a comparative analysis was carried out on the basic density,absolute-dry shrinkage,compression strength parallel to grain,modulus of rupture,modulus of plasticity and hardness(radial surface,cross section and tangential surface)according to the national standards.【Results】The basic density,absolute-dry shrinkage ratio of tangential to radial,compression strength parallel to grain,modulus of rupture,modulus of elasticity and hardness(radial surface,cross section and tangential surface)were ranged 0.382-0.427 g·cm^(-3),1.35-1.80,41.06-48.44 MPa,67.83-97.22 MPa,7367.83-9228.94 MPa,1.83-2.05KN,3.25-3.56KN,2.21-2.61KN,respectively.The corresponding maximum values are clone 58(0.427 g·cm^(-3)),clone 80(1.80),clone 83(48.44 MPa),clone 86(97.22 MPa),clone 86(9228.94 MPa),and clone 86(2.05 KN,3.56 KN and 2.61 KN),respectively.The minimum values were 80(0.382 g·cm^(-3)),83(1.35),69(41.06 MPa),83(67.83 MPa),69(7367.83 MPa)and 80(1.83KN,3.25 KN and 2.21 KN).【Conclusion】The subordinate values of the five clones were from large to small:clone 86(0.634)>clone 83(0.604)>clone 58(0.482)>clone 80(0.324)>clone 69(0.306),indicating that the physical and mechanical properties of the clones 86,83 and 58 were relatively ideal and had high stability in wood processing and utilization,which further enriched the genetic breeding basis of poplar resources.
