摘要
目的分析联合检测促黄体生成素、睾酮及抗苗勒氏管激素诊断多囊卵巢综合征的价值。方法方便选择2017年1月—2020年9月期间该院收治的无肥胖PCOS患者160例作为研究对象,选择同期在该院体检中心体检的正常女性200名作为对照,两组均于月经来潮第3~5 d或PCOS患者停经后阴道B超证实无优势卵泡时进行空腹采血,对比分析两组促黄体生成素(luteotropic hormone,LH)、睾酮(Testosterone,T)及抗苗勒氏管激素(anti-mullerian hormone,AMH)指标的差异,评估联合检测LH、T、AMH诊断多囊卵巢综合征的价值。结果PCOS组患者血清LH为(7.05±3.01)mU/mL、T为(0.79±0.35)nmol/L、AMH为(9.62±2.71)ng/mL,均高于健康体检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCOS组联合检测血清LH、T、AMH指标的准确度为93.13%,显著高于血清LH、T、AMH指标单项检测,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=100.433、103.361、105.315,P<0.05)。结论联合检测LH、T、AMH诊断多囊卵巢综合征具有重要价值,联合检测的敏感性、特异性均显著高于单项检测,适宜临床推广、应用。
Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of luteinizing hormone,testosterone and anti-Müllerian hormone in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 160 non-obese PCOS patients admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to September 2020 were convenient selected as the research objects,and 200 normal women who had physical examinations in the physical examination center of the hospital during the same period were selected as controls.In both groups,fasting blood sampling was performed on the 3-5 d of menstrual cramps or when the vaginal B-ultrasound confirmed no dominant follicles in PCOS patients after menopause.Comparing and analyzing the differences in luteotropic hormone(LH),Testosterone(T)and anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)indicators between the two groups.To evaluate the value of combined detection of LH,T and AMH in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome.Results The serum LH,T and AMH of PCOS group were(7.05±3.01)mU/mL,(0.79±0.35)nmol/L and(9.62±2.71)ng/mL,which were higher than those of the healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy of serum LH,T and AMH indexes in PCOS group was 93.13%,significantly higher than that of serum LH,T and AMH indexes alone,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=100.433,103.361,105.315,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of LH,T,and AMH is of great value in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome.The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection are significantly higher than those of single detection,and it is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
