摘要
基于"G-U-S"三方合作培养模式的协同育人在师范院校教师教育过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。实施"GU-S"三方合作培养模式,能够促使高等学校与地方教育部门、中小学之间加强交流与沟通,同时还可以达到教师教育协同创新的目的。文章进一步探讨了"G-U-S"三方合作培养模式,充分发挥省教育厅的引导作用,创新教育教学模式,旨在加快教师队伍建设、校地协同以及师范生培育机制、教师教育课程体系、教师教育者"临床"工作机制的协同创新,为区域教师教育、基础教育的变革与发展提供参考。
Under the background of the“G-U-S”three-in-one cooperative teaching model,the cooperative education model plays an important role in the stable development of teacher education in normal colleges and universities.Through the implementation of G-U-S cooperation model,it can promote the exchange and communication between university leaders and local education departments,primary and secondary school administrators,and also achieve the purpose of collaborative innovation of teacher education.In the process of research,this paper further discusses the“G-U-S”three-in-one cooperation model for teacher education,gives full play to the guiding role of the Provincial Department of Education,and innovates the education model of organic integration of primary and secondary schools,schools and the Municipal Education Bureau,so as to speed up the collaborative innovation of the construction of teacher team,school-locality cooperation,normal student cultivation mechanism,the curriculum system of teacher education,and the practical working mechanism of educators for teachers,thus providing reference and suggestions for regional teacher education and the reform and development of basic education.
