摘要
目的:分析小切口甲状腺切除术与传统术治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年10月-2019年10月佛山市中医院禅城高新区医院收治的100例甲状腺结节患者,按照随机数字表法将其均分为两组,对照组(50例)接受传统甲状腺切除术治疗,观察组(50例)接受小切口甲状腺切除术治疗,观察两组患者临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显比对照组高,术后并发症发生率比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间均比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺结节采取小切口甲状腺切除术治疗,可减小患者机体创伤,手术时间更短,出血量更少,可有效降低术后并发症,缩短患者术后恢复时间,临床效果显著,值得临床借鉴推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of small incision thyroidectomy and traditional thyroidectomy for thyroid nodule.Methods:A total of 100 patients with thyroid nodule admitted to Chancheng High-tech Zone Hospital,Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(50 cases)received traditional thyroidectomy,and the observation group(50 cases)received small incision thyroidectomy,and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was with statistical significance(P<0.05).The operation time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume and hospital stay of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small incision thyroidectomy for thyroid nodules can reduce the body trauma of patients,shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of blood loss,effectively reduce postoperative complications,shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients,and has significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
