摘要
目的:探讨采用传统甲状腺切除术与小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺肿瘤患者的临床效果及不良反应。方法:回顾性分析本院2017年10月-2019年10月接收的94例需要进行甲状腺腺体全切治疗的甲状腺肿瘤患者的临床资料。根据治疗方式分为对照组和试验组,每组47例。对照组和试验组分别进行传统甲状腺切除术和小切口甲状腺切除术。比较两组治疗效果、手术治疗情况(包括切口长度、术中出血量及手术时间)、术后不良反应发生率。结果:对照组治疗总有效率明显低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组术后不良反应发生率明显高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于传统甲状腺切除术,小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺肿瘤患者效果显著,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量、术后不良反应。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and adverse reactions of traditional thyroidectomy and small incision thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid tumor.Method:Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 94 thyroid tumor patients who needed total thyroidectomy in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the treatment method,with 47 patients in each group.The control group and the experimental group were respectively treated with traditional thyroidectomy and small incision thyroidectomy.The treatment effect,surgical treatment(including incision length,intraoperative blood loss and operation time),incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision length,intraoperative blood loss and operation time of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional thyroidectomy,small incision thyroidectomy has a significant effect on thyroid tumor patients,which can shorten the operation time and reduce intraoperative blood loss and postoperative adverse reactions.
