摘要
将荧光引入免疫分析,使荧光免疫分析成为一种高灵敏的分析手段。该技术具有操作简便、检测快速、准确度高和选择性好等优点,符合新的现场检测及监管需求,近年来在农残检测领域研究较热门。本文以荧光免疫分析为基础,综述了原理、常见的荧光标记物及近年来发展较成熟的荧光免疫分析技术,并介绍了其在农药残留检测上的应用,展望了该领域的研究前景。
By introducing fluorescence into immunoassay,fluorescence immunoassay becomes a highly sensitive analytical method.This technology has the advantages of simple operation,rapid detection,high accuracy and good selectivity,which meets the need of new on-site detection and supervision.In recent years,it has been a hot topic in the field of pesticide residue detec-tion.In this paper,based on fluorescence immunoassay,the principles,common fluorescence markers and the mature fluorescence immunoassay developed in recent years were reviewed,and the application of fluorescence immunoassay in pesticide residue detection was also introduced,and the research prospect in this field was prospected.
