摘要 农药的使用使农药在环境和食品存在残留问题,残留超标会危害生态平衡并影响人体健康,对农药残留的检测是了解污染水平的重要途径。分子印迹技术由于独特的特异性识别能力在农残检测得到了越来越多的应用。本文对分子印迹的基本原理和在近几年分子印迹技术在农药残留检测中的应用进行了介绍。 The pesticide residues are continuously accumulated in the environment and food during using of pesticides, which can harm the ecological balance and human health, the detection of pesticide residues is an important way to understand the level of pollution. Molecularly imprinting technique has been widely used in pesticide residue detection due to its unique specificity. In this paper, the basic principle of molecularly imprinting technique was introduced as well as its application in the pesticide residue detection in recent years.
