摘要
目的探讨计算机认知矫正联合药物治疗轻度认知障碍患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月—2019年7月于赣州市第三人民医院就诊的43例老年轻度认知障碍患者作为研究对象,根据抽签法将其分为研究组(21例)与对照组(22例)。对照组给予药物治疗,研究组给予计算机认知矫正联合药物治疗,比较两组患者干预前后认知功能及社会功能水平的变化。结果干预前两组的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、社会功能活动问卷(FAQ)总分及各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,研究组的MoCA总分及视空间执行功能、延迟回忆、注意方面的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组的社会功能活动问卷(FAQ)总分及支付与票据、自行购物、注意理解、技巧活动方面的评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论计算机认知矫正治疗能有效改善轻度认知障碍患者的认知功能及社会功能,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of computer cognitive correction therapy in patients with mild cognitive impairment.Methods A total of 43 elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment who were treated in the Third People′s Hospital of Ganzhou City from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into study group(21 cases)and control group(22 cases)according to the lottery method.The control group was given drug therapy,and the study group was given computer cognitive therapy combined with drug therapy.The changes of cognitive function and social function were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the total scores and various scores of Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MOCA)and functional activities questionnaire(FAQ)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the total score of MOCA and the scores of visuospatial executive function,delayed recall and attention in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the total score of FAQ and the scores of payment and bills,self shopping,attention and understanding,skill activities in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Computer cognitive correction therapy can effectively improve the cognitive function and social function of patients with mild cognitive impairment,and improve the therapeutic effect.
