摘要
目的探究计算机认知矫正(CCRT)治疗改善精神分裂症患者情绪、生活质量的临床效果。方法研究对象为2020年3月—2021年6月收治的100例精神分裂症患者,简单随机化方式分为两组,各50例。对照组:采用系统的抗精神分裂症药物治疗,疗程为4周。研究组:加以CCRT治疗,每周训练4次,每次45 min,进行4周共16次的训练。阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评价患者精神症状的有无和各项症状的严重程度,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评价患者焦虑程度,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价患者抑郁程度,精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS中文版)评价患者的生活质量。结果治疗4周后,研究组患者阴性症状评分、精神病理评分和PANSS总分,HAMA和HAMD评分以及精力/动机、心理社会和症状/副作用分量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CCRT治疗在一定程度上可有效缓解精神分裂症患者抑郁和焦虑情绪,改善患者认知功能,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of computerized cognitive remediation therapy(CCRT)in improving the mood and life quality of patients with schizophrenia.Methods The research subjects included 100 patients with schizophrenia admitted to hospital from March 2020 to June 2021,and the patients were divided into two groups by simple randomization,with 50 cases in each group.The control group were given systematic anti-schizophrenia drugs for 4 weeks,the study group were treated with CCRT on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks(4 times a week,45 min for each time,totally 16 times).Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS)was used to evaluate the presence or absence of mental symptoms and the severity of each symptom,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the degree of anxiety and the degree of depression respectively,and the patients'quality of life was evaluated by the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS Chinese version).Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the negative symptom score,psychopathological score,PANSS total score,HAMA and HAMD score,energy/motivation,psychosocial and symptom/side effect subscale score in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To a certain extent,CCRT can effectively relieve depression and anxiety in patients with schizophrenia,and improve patients'cognitive function and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical reference.
