摘要
促进高校发展内生动力,进一步推动高校内涵式发展已成为高质量人才培养的必然选择。PDCA循环是一种不断改进和完善的现代企业质量管理理论,探索如何将其运用到高校人才培养与教学质量提升中,通过持续改进与循环来构建高效的教育质量保障体系,对推进各层各类高校内涵式发展具有一定现实意义。文章试分析日本一流高校PDCA循环理论的应用与实践,提出了强化院校研究与PDCA循环理论的有机结合、明确各环节内涵、构建高效嵌套式PDCA循环体系、建立与外部互构的“多维PDCA循环模式”等相关建议。
To promote the endogenous power for the development of universities and further strengthen the connotative development of universities has become an inevitable choice for the training of high-quality talents.The PDCA cycle is a modern enterprise quality management theory that is continuously improved and perfected.It is of certain practical significance to explore how to apply it to talent cultivation and teaching quality improvement,and to construct an efficient education quality assurance system through its continuous improvement and circulation so as to achieve the connotative development of colleges and universities at different levels,This paper analyzed the implementation and application of PDCA cycle theory in Japan’s first-class universities,then made relevant suggestions on the construction of education quality assurance system,such as strengthening the organic combination of IR research and PDCA cycle theory,clarifying the connotation of each link,constructing an efficient nested PDCA cycle system,and establishing a"multi-dimensional PDCA cycle mode"with external interaction.
