摘要
高校图书馆开展读书节活动是一项艰巨而复杂的工程,PDCA循环法可以科学协调和合理统筹,确保活动项目顺利完成。简述将PDCA循环法的四阶段应用到图书馆读书节活动的可行性,构建高校图书馆读书节活动平台模型,设计模型的过程、管理、对接模块,通过调查与传统读书节活动进行对比,提出应用平台开展活动应注意的事项。通过高校图书馆读书节活动的PDCA平台应用,使得活动步骤明晰,活动管理过程可控,活动效果可度量。
The construction of reading festival activities in university library is an arduous and complicated project,which is completed successfully through scientific coordination and reasonable coordination of PDCA cycle method.This paper briefly describes the feasibility of applying the four stages of PDCA cycle method to library reading festival activities,constructs reading festival activities platform model in university library which includes process modular,management modular,and docking modular,compares with the traditional reading festival activities through the investigations,puts forward some matters need attention in application platform activities.Through the application of PDCA platform for reading festival activities in university library,it makes the steps clear,the management process controllable and the effect measurable.
