摘要
针对22 MN正弦泵控制的自由锻造液压机组原控制系统结构复杂、设备元器件老化、故障频发、维护困难等问题,对正弦泵的工作原理、传动方式及其组建的泵控锻造液压机液压系统进行研究,在此基础上构建了基于PROFINET总线控制技术的控制系统,开发了操作与监控系统软件。采用智能控制策略,实现了压机动作和位置的精准控制。在原有液压系统保持不变的前提下,将机组原有的各种模拟调节控制改为数字控制,达到原有技术指标:压机位置精度达到±1 mm,锻造频次达到30~60次·min^(-1),压机与操作机实现联动控制。同时,简化了系统的控制结构,采用动态模拟技术显示系统的各种状态及参数,提高了系统的可维护性。实际应用表明,系统可靠性高、维护简单,能经受长期生产考验。
For the problems of complex structure of original control system,aging of equipment components,frequent failures and difficult maintenance etc.in the free forging hydraulic press controlled by the 22 MN sinusoidal hydraulic pump,the working principle,transmis-sion mode of the sinusoidal hydraulic pump,and the built hydraulic system of pump-controlled forging hydraulic press were studied,and on this basis,a control system based on PROFINET bus control technology was constructed.Then,an operating and monitoring system software was also developed,and the precise control of the press action and position were achieved by the intelligent control strategy.Fur-thermore,on the premise that the original hydraulic system remained unchanged,the original various analog adjustment controls of the unit were changed to digital control to achieve the original technical indicators,namely,the position accuracy of the press was±1 mm,the fre-quency of forging was 30-60 times per minute,and the linkage control was realized between the press and the operator.At the same time,the control structure of the system was simplified,and the maintainability of the system was further improved by adapting dynamic simula-tion technology to display the various states and parameters of the system.The practical application shows that the system has high reliabili-ty,simple maintenance,and can withstand long-term production tests.
