摘要
为解决现有锻造液压机装备故障诊断与维护工作中故障排查难、诊断效率低,准确率低的问题,提出将液压机部件干涉模型和五维故障处理模型应用到锻造装备故障诊断中去的方法,构建了远程故障诊断系统。通过诊断系统和用户之间的交互式工作,使得具有锻造系统基础知识和较强的分析能力的不同学科多名设备供应商的高级技术人员远程参与,从而精准定位故障点并做出有效的处理,保证诊断的效率和准确性。
In order to solve the problem facing in the forging hydraulic press equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance work while Fault detection is difficult,diagnosis efficiency is low,accuracy is low,this paper puts forward the method that the hydraulic parts interference model and five-dimensional fault processing model are applied to fault diagnosis of forging equipment,establishes a remote fault diagnosis system.Through interactive work between the diagnosis system and user,make senior technical personnel of equipment suppliers with the basic knowledge about forging system and strong ability of analysis participate in the diagnosis remotely.So as to accurately locate fault points and make effective treatment,which can effectively ensure the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis,ensure the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis.
